TaylorMade approached the studio to help reintroduce and revitalize Olson to embark on a new era of putter-making and performance from the craft, to the masses in the world of golf.

The Driven By Campaign introduces Olson as a visionary honoring the craft of putter making with an innate focus and passion that’s curiously and continuously a work-in-progress. Inspired by Olson’s poignant persona, bold yet authentic tone-of-voice cuts through the clutter of crafty chatter and drives impact and individuality that’s straight to the point yet disruptively ownable in the world of golf. Olson’s style is real, raw, and authentically him. Everything is driven by an honest approach to storytelling – from conversations to shop shots and every detail in between, similarly to B-Roll footage in a documentary. This way of documenting the ‘man-behind-the-brand’ captures a more emotive and engaging feeling that connects the viewing to the person and place of the putter maker in a more crafted ‘day-in-the-life’ way.

The campaign speaks to both parties' drive and dedication to the best everyday, with no compromise. A rolodex of punctual words gives this campaign flexibility and modularity across various platforms that elevates and associates the brand to a more emotive, lifestyle driven and crafted space.

The studio crafted everything from strategy and positioning, to in-person documentation, copy, campaign development and brand guidelines – allowing a realistic depth into Olson as a person, and a brand.. The introduction of slated steel blue and textually expressive lifestyle photography gives grit and distinction – adding depth, authenticity and identity behind the putters off the green.
