When the aficionados at CigarClub made their own custom line of cigars, they needed to elevate their already successful DTC subscription service to a distinct and premier brand of their own, one that would reflect the true depth of their expertise and the caliber of their products.
To reposition CigarClub as the premier cigar experience, we elevated every touchpoint of the brand experience, starting with a moody packaging refresh and a new set of bespoke subscription assets, such as a sleek Inside Journal with detailed pairing and tasting notes. It’s the little touches, like hand-signed curation labels and hand-packed humidified travel pouches that invite consumers into the CigarClub family, so we made these boutique features the focal point of the brand photography and rebrand rollout. By the time they pick up their first CigarClub blend, run their fingers over the custom band, they already know they’ve joined an experience as unique as their palate.
